The ph(F)ysical

Quotes relating to the physical life area.

You are you!

To eating for comfort is every person's right. The comfortable feeling of well-being each time we put in us something we really want. A feeling that often do not stop with the first bite, but that just continues until all the good ends, or that we start to feel physically ill. But why do we want everything we feel a longing for? Why do we stop in us useless things that are not good for our bodies? The answer lies in the first sentence. We give us comfort. A comfort which is a extra for that which we do not give ourselves, namely more love. By eating what we really don't need it will help us duck to knowing what we feels right now. It could be stress, hopelessness, irritability, sadness or any other emotion that we don't want to feel. Whether you are mindful of feeling or not, you want to avoid that which is in this moment. And then a piece of chocolate, a sandwich or a bag of chips, a cigarette, a snuff or a glass of wine the perfect to distract you for a while, from that you don´t want to live through.
We are experts in judging ourselves, to only be satisfied when we have reached something, bought something new, or when someone gives us attention. But we rarely don´t think of giving ourselves the attention or appreciation.
Every time you feel you want to eat something unhealthy, sniff, smoke, drink or pick up your phone and play (or go out on social media); that are signs that you need to give yourself something better, something more lovingly. Next time you are longing for something (unhealthing), see it as the perfect opportunity to give you more attention, just sit down and focus on your breathing. Just sit still for a moment. Feel your feet. Tell yourself: "you're good, I love you, I love you" or whatever fits best in the moment. By feeding you self with more inner peace and more love will the need to reduce.

The more you love yourself, the more important becomes you in your own eyes. When you mean more and more for yourself, everything you put in you mean more and you choose not to feed yourself with things that are not useful. You choose more healthy things to put in your mouth. Our biggest health problem is not that we are exercising too little or eat the wrong things, then it is for us to think about ourselves for a bit. When we think of ourselves more, we play a more and more important role in our lives and we take more responsibility for what we eat and what we do with our bodies. So next time you feel a craving for a goody, see it as a signal that you need more love, not sugar.

But don't forget to treat yourself to the good life now and then. It may well be that you are worth to enjoy something good sometimes. For the simple reason that you are you.

Reflextioner for PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT
Health, physically and mentally. In the field of health, you can think about how you feel physically, and in its general well-being. It includes exercise, food, sleep, and all the ways you take care of your body. Having health is about much more than the absence of sickness and symptoms. For some, health and spare-time area, strong points – for example, if you are interested in sports or outdoor interest.     Spare-time area is about how you spend your time when you are not working. It's about what activities you would like to spend time on, both on your own behalf and with your family and friends. It may be some specific interest, which you want to create time for. It can also be about small things in everyday life: how you want it and how you want to spend your spare time in a way that is recovering and enriching.

The Family

About the family, the network, the team and the single life;
"Quotes" about relationships

A good terapeut?
A close relationship is really good at activate our programmed truths as: Am I good enough? Am I satisfactorily good-natured? Am I really good enough as I am? These questions can be found in all of us.
Is there a different context that trigger you so much as a close relationship? When you are in love with someone and, above all, at the beginning of the relationship, you can be mindful of what that trigger you and causes you to react in the relationship. Then you can discover and explore the different reaction shapes you have with you from the past. Shape as ben hidden in the shadows and that your unconscious has hidden for you.
These shadows, would we rather not examine and still less do we want our dearest to see them. But, nevertheless, we have them all. Most shapes come from our childhood. And when these shapes are triggered in us it is the child in us reacting. The responding child takes over the full-grown person's thoughts.

We are thinking of different things that have their origins in our emotional life and our backgrounds, if what is true about ourselves and our surroundings.
"If she knew this about me she would leave me."
"He wouldn't like me as much if he knew this about me. "
"I do not dare to be honest because then maybe she'll be mad at me."
"If he cares about me, he would not do like this."
It can be through unconscious shapes which takes its expression in behavior:
– You do things to be liked and override yourself
– You do challenge things to test your partner's love.
– You do things to prevent your shadow sides and weaknesses will not be visible.
– You overreact to your partner's behavior because you think you are in danger. That you are not in love.
– You turn off because you don't dare show how you really feel. Because you are not good enough as you are.
Usually so we react by attacking or defending ourselves because we think it's about us, when in fact it is all about the other person's shape. If you are lucky your partner is understanding and safe in that it is not about this and can give you the support you need to accept those parts of yourself. You may be conscious of the same with your partner. Be mindful of your reactions. Ask instead: "How are you? How is it? " Be a little more adult instead of letting the little child react.
How can you as a couple be more adults together instead of reacting like a child? By respecting each other, dare to be more open, or by being more vulnerable? What works best for you?

Love now!
Quote; “Do you remember when we were new lovers? "said Maria to me. "Then we made such funny things. Everything was so easy and life was easy in all areas. We were never tired and everything between us was so carefree. "
And sure, it was a bit of that; even if we were tired or cold, so was the mood at the top and we had how much energy any time. We needed less sleep and life was wonderful in all areas. Maybe this is something you or your partner, just like us, talk about sometimes. Even if you don't talk about it, maybe you or your partner thinks so. Love turns to everyday life and you start to find distraction in each other. Details that were cute and charming became big distractions.
That who happens when we fall in love, is that the person we fall in love in reflects that we like for ourselves. The person may also have characteristics that we look up to and want to have. In other words, the object of your love makes you feel good. You choose to see each other in paradise and forgive everything that does not fit into your truths.   When the person who is there for making you happy and lucky afterwards begins to view pages that will make you become irritated, it's because they remind you of pages in yourself that you don't like. Pages that you previously chose to forget to the benefit of all that positive. The person that would make you happy reminds you of what you don't want to know by yourself, which is a great contrast and maybe it goes so far that you start to consider separation or look for someone else to make you happy.
It was like this we talked about the other night, and now I want to introduce a new concept, the next time you think about how wonderful it was to be new-lovers. How would it be if you were a little now-love instead? Instead of thinking about what once was or what you would prefer to have in your life. Try to be here and now and in love.       By that I mean to discover your partner again. Often when we look at someone else that we know already, we have a preconception about how that person should be and we are not trying to even see that person in a new perspective again. Try to be a little more now-curious. What would happen if you were just here and now, without old prejudices and experiences? Probably you would be now-love. In your partners, in your friends, in your job and in your whole life. From now on, we are very much now-love in one another!

Too much of a good thing?
Never have we consumed as much as we do today and consumption is growing steadily. But it's not just the goods and services we consume. It also applies to relationships.
We don't stop there and builds on the relationship we started, in the same level as in the past. Never before we have married and separated us as often as today. Dating sites springing up like mushrooms and they have customers like never before. If one would find the perfect relation so shouldn't these sites continue to grow?
Sweden also has the most singles (single households) in the world. What does it say about us and our relationships?

Older people say that "in the past, we were certainly fight to get the relationship to keep". Certainly, I think we had a different view of relationships in the past. Many perhaps recognized that it was shameful to be divorce, but over all it was necessary to keep together in order to survive. Often put the women ensnared in relationships. Many were housewives without paid work and child care. They had nowhere to go.
Why does it look like it does today? The question you should probably ask yourself if you would like to receive a personal answer.
But perhaps it may be that:
-        We hunt a great love that does not exist. A love that will replace the love of ourselves. A person who will make us happy because it is so difficult to create that feeling on your own.
-        We are looking for the one who will save us away from ourselves.
-        We are looking for a person who will make us feel good.
-        We are looking for a person who has the properties we are missing themselves
-        We seek what we think we need to be happy. When we actually feel nonexistence of ourselves.
What happens when you think you have found the person who could "make you whole" but after a while discovers that he or she does not meet the expectations you had initially. Maybe start the relationship weakened. You'll no longer have what you experienced from the beginning were, and your passion turns into disappointment, sadness and irritability.
It is the love curse. It ends because love is a mental process that is controlled by your ego. Of course, it opens up your heart and true love happens, but to keep the heart opening, you need more than just passion charges. You need to dare to be vulnerable.
It is perhaps this which is the greatest underlying cause, that we do not dare to be vulnerable when the honeymoon ends. At the same time, I feel that we are becoming more and more sensitive to our emotions. We feel more and we feel more intense every day.  Are we together with someone, there will be an growing work with yourself. We become more vulnerable the closer we get to someone and we react more than before. Reactions we do not want to accept. Reactions we don't recognize since previously.
We belive that our reactions have to do with our partners. Not often we forget ourselves in the equation. We're looking forward after a partner that does not get us to react. Then can looking be lengthy and perhaps even impossible.
Divorce is becoming more common because we can't stand each other. But really, it's probably more that we can't stand ourselves. When someone comes to our painful points and we react, we believe that it is wrong in the relationship.
Do you dare to be vulnerable?

Reflextioner for family DEVELOPMENT

In the family's life area is a series of questions to think about. Some do not have a particularly close relationship with the biological family, then have instead other persons working in family-like bonds. Today, the term "family" is also in a broader context for close friends. It is the natural and fundamental unit of society, which also included in its safety net. The family upholds the basic upbringing, understanding of society's norms and what is right and wrong, truth and error, etc. And to support there are society's various institutions.
Intimate relationships. This area relates to your relationship and you as a partner. It is the case of the relationships you have, have had, or would like to have. Even if you do not currently live in a couple relationship, you can consider more generally think about over how you want it and be in this area.

Childrearing; related to your relationship with your children and your role as a parent. If you don't have children, you can focus on your relationship and adult role in relation to children in your area. You can also think about how you look to get and live together with children.
Family. This concerns the relationships you have with people from your family of origin, where you grew up. It's your mom, your dad and your siblings. If you value your relationship with your partner's family of origin – your parents-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters and their children, you can also think about your relationship to them; some do not have a particularly close relationship with his biological family, but have instead other persons working in family-like bonds. If this applies to you – start from the people you count as your family.
Friends and contacts. In this area often fit very many people. From your closest friends, relatives, neighbors and contacts from other situations. You can choose which of these you want to focus on when you're describing and takes out a direction for the area. It's all about how you want your relationships should look like and how you want to be as a friend.

The Economic

Economics is a knowledge sharing of resources in a condition of shortage. With shortage means that available resources are limited in relation to total needs. We must learn to conserve the resources, with that resources that are there.

Reflections for ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
An economic system is defined (among other things) of means of payment, ownership, and laws. Historically, it can be said, that it ultimately comes to, how different people in different times provided their own and society's basic maintenance needs. The last 1500 years, mankind has, to a large extent, made use of monetary management. The times and the trend changed; economic systems are mixed and evolve! It is more than "money" it is all about; shortage and intoxication feelings contributes highly to the development as well. You can contribute to a positive global economic development, you must always start with yourself!
Providing, employment and work; for many represents the time at work, a large part of one's waking hours. Some see their work as a necessary evil, others see the work as a highly prioritized area of life, either socially or linked to their personal development. What do you (even if you don´t work) value in the field of work, legal issues and developments? Preparations to supply? Preparation for retirement? Meaningful employment? And based on these questions, how can you develop your financial life?

Are there important issues you should use?  What is to be produced? How should the production go to? For whom should the production be?

 Cheese......... ”quote”;
I had the privilege of being interviewed by a journalist who told me about his new year's resolution. Cheddar cheese is something she really likes but she did not begrudge her selves too little of it. Said and done she gave herself new years promise to eat more cheddar cheese in the coming years. I was happy when I heard her promise that was the opposite of the usual promises to lose weight, exercise more or eat less. Instead she chose to give her selves more of something that she likes. I usually do not give myself some promises because they create unnecessary stress. Often, of course, promises its origins in something we are not satisfied with in ourselves.

New year is a start of something new, a chance to start in the new track and replace old habits that you don't want anymore. But we have a tendency to put unreasonable demands on ourselves instead of having a realistic ambition. I'm going to lose weight, exercise more or stop smoking are the classic promises that we hear about the new year. They are good in themselves, but are they rarely ok? Is the timing right, is there the motivation and do I want it at all? Perhaps there is something else that is more important in my life right now?
Therefore, I do not give myself promises without setting goals and ambitions that I believe in. Make a plan that I follow. I'm visualizing and manifesting my goals and work with it in me that prevent me from realizing the objectives. What forms and truths, do I have that keeps me back from realizing my goal? Why do I want to realize my goal? Do I want to lose weight in order to feel better about myself? Is it not better to have as a goal to feel more better about myself in this case? To start at the right end. Then it will be easier to lose weight, exercise more, stop smoking, learn something new, try a new experience or make the trip.
Often base our promises on our shortcomings or something that we are not satisfied with. Something in ourselves that we don't want and we give us a promise to be less bad. Therefore, focuses many of new year's resolutions and other resolutions we give ourselves on our shortage.
Have you not clear to you why you really want to give you a promise of something new, so take out your underlying truths. They can help you to get what you really want.
Instead, we make ourselves disappointed again and again by setting goals or give us promises that we never really realize while we focus on what we are not satisfied with in ourselves.
So until then, I think you should treat yourself more of something you feel good at instead. Promise yourself to read that book you been wanting to read. See that movie. Learn to play that instrument, sing in the shower, or even something as simple as you promise yourself to eat more cheese. ... ....

Change the world ... buy and sell?

”Quote”;  Sure it feels good when you have a great service, for example in a shop? You have been given help to find suitable clothing of a truthful and honest person who guided you to the right piece of clothing. You feel special and happy with the situation. You could not buy anything better. You have got to help buy the one that suits you best, and no one has tried to sell something to you that you don't really like or fits in. You have got to be at the Centre.     You've probably been realized several cases where you received help from someone else. It need not always be help over your expectation, it can also be a meeting with someone who wishes you a pleasant day, enjoy your meal or good luck and really mean it.       How often do you show your gratefulness back? I mean not just a habit to "thank you", but a heartfelt "thank you". You might even see the person in the eyes saying "Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it" or "thank you, the same".
Sometimes when you get into a shop you just want to be left in peace. To have someone who comes along and wants to help you feel like the last thing you want at that moment. Why is it so? Maybe you don't want attention. Could it be that some of you don't want attention just then? Maybe it's because you don't think you're worth it, which is usually when we are all struggling to become popular. Think about it as a workout to receive attention and feel what it is that slows you. It can also be a person who gives you ' too much ' service in a quest to itself take center stage. Then, it can feel as if the person intrudes on and takes space. Do you have you the will to give that person some attention?
Would you like the staff in the store pay attention for you. Take the initiative and do it first. It gives the “waves on water” and you help to create a world where we see each other more and give each other appreciation.
By paying attention to the other person through a Hello or really show your appreciation when you get help, you will get the other person to feel better about himself. This in turn makes you feel a little better about yourself. A win-win situation for all. Our greatest challenge is to accept who we are and to enjoy ourselves more. With a simple and heartfelt Hello or thank you so we contribute not only to our own development, but also to the people around us grows and it becomes thereby a more fun and better world. It begins at the pay disk at the store or the furniture department at IKEA.
Some parts of the society (which is on the leading edge) develops today (since 20-30 years back) a new economic culture (TQM), whose purpose is to realize new improvements, eliminate hazards, developing a more cost-efficient work and to strengthen the common global economy.

The Social

LISTEN  and be in present.

You help others, you help yourself as well.

Through life we are often helping others through practical action. We might buy and prepare food, drives to work or exercise, or helping someone to cut the grass. We are also that physical and emotional support when someone needs us at their side.

But how often are we there to listen fully to another human being?

We forget the other who share their feelings and their experiences. We would often help out and share our own experiences or give advice. In our striving to get our counterparty to feel good, we maybe forgot that who just want to be listened to. Would that person really have our comments and advice?
Imagine yourself in a situation where you share something that has burden you for a long time. It can be an experience that made you afraid, angry, sad, upset or heartbroken. Something that made you feel less worthy or desolate, and that is hard to manage. An experience you carried on but now are ready to share. How feels it then when someone says to you one or more of the following:
I know exactly what you mean.   I was with about the same thing.   But don't feel like that!       I know just how you feel.     Do like this, follow these steps, I did!     I've tried a method that works great.      I write it down for you.     Poor you.     God how awful.        So terrible!
There are times when it is good to hear that you are not alone in your experience, but sometimes you just need someone to listen. But maybe the person you tell anything is triggered and it ’only have to’ express what it feel/think and can't wait.

Many believe that it will help that person who tells us, but often it cancels out the storyteller or break the subject. The person shuts up that earlier was opened. When you open yourself, you will be defenseless and week. If you don´t get support, the story will abrupt. No one knows how you feel. You do not care if they have been involved in a similar incident there and then, you would not be felt sorry for and you are not a victim.

When focus suddenly moved over to that person who would listen there is no longer support you requested.
Do your best as listener by creating a safe listening atmosphere where you listen in present and consciously. Do you feel that you would like to comment on what the person says so keep it to yourself. Do you have a sense of what might help the person who tells us so ask a question instead, which can lead the person in the right direction. Preach nothing, say nothing and look not like if you know what the person is going through. The experience is unique to each individual person.
The next time you get the confidence to listen, analyze if you can do it in a different way. If you would not, it is also okay. But see if you can try. Maybe you will see the situation differently. In a whole new way of a brand new you.

Have you ever been listening?
You probably know someone you love to talk to and who is a master of listening. Put yourself into a situation where someone really listens to what you want to say. Sure, it feels wonderful when someone gives you so much attention? After a while, it is almost as if it doesn't matter what you have to say. How do you feel about that person? The relationship feels trustworthy, safe, welcoming, healing and inspirational?
When I share a problem with someone who is a good listener, I will present myself until the answer to what I'm thinking about. Do you recognize it? I am grateful for the help and those who listened responds: I said nothing, you came up with the answer yourself. It was the active listening which helped me. The person listened in present, which in turn helped me to focus on my problem and to be more aware of myself.
There is a big difference between hearing and listening. Simplified, it could be said to hear means that sound vibrations travel through the air and hits your eardrum which records this as sound. Listening, however, has a different dimension of communication itself. Listen means that I focus entirely on a person who is talking. I who listens is consciously present in my body and stop listening to my own thoughts. I listen not only with my ears nevertheless with my whole body. What is it that is said? What is not said? What is hidden in the silence between the words? How does it feel in my body when the person talking to me? What would that person really tell me?
In this state of listening I often find the right words. I know what I'm going to respond. There is access to a larger intelligence and more information than if I try to reply from my thoughts, knowledge and experience. My brain has "only" knowledge from my past experiences and the things I have learned in the past. Therefore, it is better that I give support in listening with the whole me and not just a feedback based on my knowledge, experience and analytical skills. Above all, I can give a better support to the talks. I'm not trying to help. I have that intention to support, guide and be useful. Sometimes, I would remind myself by asking the question; how can I best help here? A basic rule is to stay still, rather sitting; your brain inside through more sound when the body is still, this will make you an even better listener.
When you choose to listen in present, you get an extra benefit, in addition to being a support for a fellow human being, you become more present in yourself. You calm your mind and your thoughts. You may take a break from yourself for a little while. So, take every opportunity to listen to another human being. Both for your own sake but also for your colleague, friend or partner.
Sometimes it can be hard when someone just talk at based on stress. You feel that your own inner stress triggered and you would rather not listen to the person without just getting out of you your own bubbling energy in the form of words; then you have an opportunity to choose to be present and really listen to the other person. There you will discover then is that you yourself will become quieter but also to the person who is talking to will be calmer. The incessant talking is going to taper off and calm down. "a win-win situation.
Listening is a good way to meditate. When you listen for things so silenced your thoughts. You move your attention and your awareness to something else; sound that is not voice (read your thoughts) in your head. Then silenced the inner world. So make it a habit to just sit down and listen to all the sounds around you. It increases your awareness and your presence.

Are you a good listener? When do you think it's tough to be a listener? If you were to listen to any more who would it be?

SOCIAL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE (the social of society side makes about yourself).

Friends and one let to know, socializing. In this area there are often fit very many people. From your closest friends, relatives, neighbors and people one gets to know from other situations. You can choose which of these you want to focus on when you're describing and takes out a direction for the area. It's all about how you want your relationships should look like and how you want to be as a friend.
And what about leisure time? An area that can be about how you spend your time when you do not engage you at income-generating activities, but nevertheless considers it important. It's about what activities you would like to include in, both on your own behalf and with your family and friends. There could be specific interest you have for which you want to create time for. It can also be about small things in everyday life; how you want it and how you want to spend your spare time in a way that is recovering and enriching.
Society. Some people see a social commitment as an important part of his life. They want to actively contribute to the project or chang the line of Society. It may be political involvement, trade-union work or actively membership in some organization. This can include volunteering, to organise meetings/conferences or devote themselves to support.

At the meeting with new people.
Maybe it's the open-mindedness and a short meeting that makes it special, and open. We lose the Guard, allows any facades falling down and we take the time to listen to talk we don't otherwise do. Not rarely initiated talks about the difficulties with internet connections or weather and then deepened and be about life; about divorces, kids that never came or escape from another country. About how it could felt to come to Sweden to live for three years in a refugee facility before the opportunity to integrate into Sweden. Ten years later, a desire to pay back by helping others who come to our country as a migrant. All these meetings that somehow leave traces in me. Of love and hope.

MEFFES 2019

Reflections and concepts in your own leadership of your life areas.

For an update, here are a few notes about different life areas of personal development of personal leadership. 25 years ago, when these reflections began to grow, there were imaginings within the Mental, Ethical, ph(F)ysical (or Fleshly), Family, Economic and Social domains. Finally, I summed up the text eight years ago. Life wisdom has been developed and an update is maybe on the site? I’ll see if wisdom can be affected? We'll start with the last area, in next blog, which is the most easily to affect, the social Life (maybe also the hardest if man is uncertain of the rules).

The written language is English-Swedish from my personal perspective (and knowledge)!

Then just continue to reflect ... ... and listen. ... Examples of questions that can give advice can also be found in the comments.

COMMENTS and QUESTIONS        Here will I put the questions from personal leadership, who I worked with in the 90’s, and books about the mind in the 10 's.

And what happened to me; - thoughts about MEFFES and the "program"
M Understand> knowledge - Objectively
E Imagination> safety - Subjective
F The body ("Flesh") > Food and water, rest, sex = the foundations of life
F Flock > reason for survival; lifestyle
E Managing resources for life, reason for survival; lifestyle
S Ranking in the flock, reason for survival; lifestyle
Well, I (successfully) "got a mental calm" to take it easy and "gradually" do one thing (step) at one time easily, the most important first (abstain from alcohol, listen to and share observations about just MEFFES) and attempts at engagement to live good.

Let me fund the calmness to accept the things I can´t change,        courage to change the things I can     and the knowledge to know the difference.

The power of my consciousness

Theory of the "Higher Power" in my subconscious; what is it that drives me unconsciously? Through genetic heritage and habits, my life was shaped. Science can measure the energy that constitutes both my self-consciousness and unconscious state.

The fantasy of my dreams and experiences creates images and feelings that control the thoughts in different directions. This provides a basis for interpersonal communication. A psychological model, Joharifönster is used for explanation;
The open field, also called the Arena, is formed by what I know about myself and what others know about me. Increasing the field means increasing openness. This happens when my exposure, my clarity to others increases while my sensitivity to others increases and I receive feedback.
The blind field is formed by what I do not know about myself but what others know about me
The facade is formed by what I know about myself but what others do not know. If a person hides a lot about himself for others, the façade becomes big.
The unknown field consists of what I do not know about myself and what others do not know about me.

According to the theory, people with a large open field have the best basis for interaction with others. The person then has an open way that facilitates receiving and disclosing information. As a consequence, the environment is less tendency to misunderstand or incorrectly interpret interpretations and behaviors.
Openness and thus communication between people are optimized, as both responsiveness and clarity are large and, besides, they are equal. Then the open window will be maximized.
Of course, it is not always desirable to use a large open field. For temporary and flimsy contacts, for example, it is not very meaningful.

Emotion

Emotions in consciousness

Last week feelings have influenced me through literature, theater and family talk.

Read a chronicle written by a Swedish lived abroad: Swedish solidarity has emerged under 200 years of peace, the 19th century's population increase, famine, industrialization, poverty and emigration. The 20th century´s free healthcare, style awareness, technology, international commitment, entrepreneurship and beautiful nature have created today's population. For loving this country is it needed for some spoiled people, maybe emigrating, maybe reading books to keep, or develop, an open and tolerant mind. The hating to everything new and differently expanding today; harassment, threats, abuse and sexual offenses are steadily increasing.

Seen and listened to a Opera; Victor Hugo´s novel Disney´s animated film, translated into a Swedish opera show, which deals about the good and evil. Synopsis in short: In the 16th century Paris, the bells of Notre Dame Cathedral call. Quasimodo, the bell ringer with the hunchback, is held captive in the bell tower by his devious catretaker, Dom Clude Frollo. Quasimodo dreams of seeing the world and from a distance he watches when all of Paris celebrates the Feast of Fools. He escapes for the day to join the festivities. But instead of being part of the feast, he is treated crully by all – except by the Roman girl Esmaralda, as have a free spirit. The handsome Captain Phoebus and Frollo are also in love in her. As the three fight for her attention, Frollo embarks on a mission to destroy the gypsies – and it´s up to Quasimodo to save them all.

Family conversations that have touched on the same subjects have given me the courage to express me just for what I feel, my truth.

Physical exercise (sport), meaningful employment (hobby, work) and mediation of thoughts and reflections (reading, writing) are activities that normally keep the balance.
We, individuals who live here have basic needs like water, food, sex and sleep so that we can be normally active in our lives. Doing this in imbalance will make you sick. Science has undergone subjective cure through medicine and therapy.

Experiment with this can aggravate the disease, become "addicted" to medication etc.

Too much testosterone; sex addiction, food freezing, drug addiction ...

Too little testosterone: daytime sleep, diabetes, depression ...
