The power of my consciousness

Theory of the "Higher Power" in my subconscious; what is it that drives me unconsciously? Through genetic heritage and habits, my life was shaped. Science can measure the energy that constitutes both my self-consciousness and unconscious state.

The fantasy of my dreams and experiences creates images and feelings that control the thoughts in different directions. This provides a basis for interpersonal communication. A psychological model, Joharifönster is used for explanation;
The open field, also called the Arena, is formed by what I know about myself and what others know about me. Increasing the field means increasing openness. This happens when my exposure, my clarity to others increases while my sensitivity to others increases and I receive feedback.
The blind field is formed by what I do not know about myself but what others know about me
The facade is formed by what I know about myself but what others do not know. If a person hides a lot about himself for others, the façade becomes big.
The unknown field consists of what I do not know about myself and what others do not know about me.

According to the theory, people with a large open field have the best basis for interaction with others. The person then has an open way that facilitates receiving and disclosing information. As a consequence, the environment is less tendency to misunderstand or incorrectly interpret interpretations and behaviors.
Openness and thus communication between people are optimized, as both responsiveness and clarity are large and, besides, they are equal. Then the open window will be maximized.
Of course, it is not always desirable to use a large open field. For temporary and flimsy contacts, for example, it is not very meaningful.

Emotion

Emotions in consciousness

Last week feelings have influenced me through literature, theater and family talk.

Read a chronicle written by a Swedish lived abroad: Swedish solidarity has emerged under 200 years of peace, the 19th century's population increase, famine, industrialization, poverty and emigration. The 20th century´s free healthcare, style awareness, technology, international commitment, entrepreneurship and beautiful nature have created today's population. For loving this country is it needed for some spoiled people, maybe emigrating, maybe reading books to keep, or develop, an open and tolerant mind. The hating to everything new and differently expanding today; harassment, threats, abuse and sexual offenses are steadily increasing.

Seen and listened to a Opera; Victor Hugo´s novel Disney´s animated film, translated into a Swedish opera show, which deals about the good and evil. Synopsis in short: In the 16th century Paris, the bells of Notre Dame Cathedral call. Quasimodo, the bell ringer with the hunchback, is held captive in the bell tower by his devious catretaker, Dom Clude Frollo. Quasimodo dreams of seeing the world and from a distance he watches when all of Paris celebrates the Feast of Fools. He escapes for the day to join the festivities. But instead of being part of the feast, he is treated crully by all – except by the Roman girl Esmaralda, as have a free spirit. The handsome Captain Phoebus and Frollo are also in love in her. As the three fight for her attention, Frollo embarks on a mission to destroy the gypsies – and it´s up to Quasimodo to save them all.

Family conversations that have touched on the same subjects have given me the courage to express me just for what I feel, my truth.

Emotional medicine for an Emotion alcoholic
Physical exercise (sport), meaningful employment (hobby, work) and mediation of thoughts and reflections (reading, writing) are activities that normally keep the balance.
We, individuals who live here have basic needs like water, food, sex and sleep so that we can be normally active in our lives. Doing this in imbalance will make you sick. Science has undergone subjective cure through medicine and therapy.

Experiment with this can aggravate the disease, become "addicted" to medication etc.

And that's exactly, one of the reasons, what has created an "Emotion Alcoholic":

Too much testosterone; sex addiction, food freezing, drug addiction ...

Too little testosterone: daytime sleep, diabetes, depression ...
