Basis for a manage migration and integration is the development of suitable networks in an acceptable social environment.

Even if the goal is only a residence living, it is important that the individual has a goal, beyond survival, to look forward to. And this does not of itself! To avoid culture clashes, we must demonstrate, fully inclusive demands and rights, how society works with the migration culture of the country; marketing has often created an incorrect overall picture of fleeing and emigrating people. Reality can never be described better than "at on the place" show how it is. Starting to live in what one "believes are" creating a very high risk of collisions! Sweden guide in troubled times

A thousand years ago, the northern situated land becomes a variety of small kingdoms, and many are tales about the Vikings, Iron Age, religion and lifestyle.

The first time the name of Sweden was heard was in the 1300s, when there had still been living in what would become Sweden for more than 14 000 years. Swedish language came about thousand years ago. Then there was talking both Sami and Finnish in Sweden.

In the Middle Ages spoke merchants and burghers of our major cities German, why Swedish speech got German loan words, common words like "arbete" and "betala". Finlands first moved to Upland, then more and more to Dalarna and Värmland to clear forests and cultivate land.

In the Golden Age in the 1600s was German the most common language for the highest officials. The country's ruling elite consisted largely of immigrants Germans, Balts, Scots and the Dutch, well over a thousand Walloons came from today's Belgium to launch ironworks. Swedish products spread all over the world. Power was among the people. Politics came from the popular movements. Every year was better than the year before.

Today taken many of the political and economic decisions that govern our future politicians in Brussels. Most of the once brilliant Swedish brands are no longer Swedish. Our language mixed with English loanwords. Close to 16 percent of the population born in another country, in cities such as Malmö is the number of foreign-born even higher.

 Sweden changed. The people speak differently, look different and think differently than before. Yet this is Sweden. Our country where the overwhelming majority are born, speak the language and feel like Swedes, regardless of where our ancestors once came from.

Despite all the changes, there are three phenomena, which also changed, but that nevertheless persisted through the centuries namely: Swedish language and Swedes operation to find consensus, discuss the problems and solve them together. Also: We've always been a monarchy. Although the kings power have changed, the monarchy remained.

In these turbulent times it may be useful to recall that the only thing that is really certain is that nothing is permanent, everything changes. So even Sweden, our leaders, our borders and our people.

The changes are usually enforced, linked to political, economic or military events in the environment.

Where are we in fifty years? Where are we headed in an increasingly troubled world? We are different! We want to continue with the democratic process! We want to be safe!

  In East and West, the Muslim, Buddhist and Shinto countries. But also in Protestant, Catholic and Communist countries. In each country thinks and thinks differently. Right now we are in the Protestant, secular, social-liberal Sweden where everyone should be with, no one should be excluded, all right, nothing is wrong - except environmental crime, tax evasion, pedophilia. There is only one "we", not "them". We are also convinced that the whole world wants to be like us, the only true and wise people.

We have unfortunately wrong. The world would not be who we are. Most of the world has never heard of us. The majority of the world's population lives in different worlds with different values, which they consider as "right" as ours.

  In Scandinavia and in some parts of Western Europe, people live in a completely freed from religion. It is good and evil. It evil is that such people cannot possibly understand the feelings of a believer; cultural, psychological, social laws apply there, even for those who are lukewarm believers. A person, for example in Saudi Arabia cannot say that "I do not care about religion; I never go to the mosque." It is not for life, all laws and beliefs in the country is marinated in religion. This was also the fundamental Protestant Sweden during the 1600s. Anyone who thought differently, did not come to church, were punished. 

That in the name of free speech gets it right to offend, hurt and mock other people is not right. Freedom of expression is not absolute and unlimited, does not stand above all other laws. That should be an equal right to the safeguard their own faith and their values without getting scorned.

Here goes a big line between East and West. Dialogue, tolerance and understanding are the only way in a democracy. Not provocations, taunts, racism and religion phobia.

That terrorist murder is always wrong, cowardly and disgusting. Massacring an artist because you do not like his art is crazy as massacring children in kindergarten when they screams too much.

The normal reaction to bad art is to turn it back, don´t bay, not looking…..

Senior Citizen

Well, so then I was a senior! My career was official for 30 years, retired by agreement, retired from service and now general retired at age 65. And the good life continues.

Now one can live and take the risk of dying. Dare little more, faith in something and take risks of failure and rejection.

Now, Senior Citizen with the right to grow old gracefully and has gone into the Third Age, autumn.

Senior, Elderly, 55+ 60+ or 70+, and can rightly be called Golden ager, Old-timer, Aunt and Uncle. Grand means important, impressive, the one who has power and that you can live up to if you're Grandmother or Grandfather (maybe).

"A human grows old on the date on when there are no longer interesting and engaging. Spiritual exercise keeps one young."

Working for living

Ten years ago I had a dialogue with a certain lady in Jagodina, Serbia. She insisted that she refused to abide in a culture where you have to live for work. The way to "live" inhibits culture, in every sense of importance to be able to live out. Therefore, she could not imagine settling in northern Europe. It complains, in a vague sense of existence, the Swedes live to work, while the Serbs are working to live. This is a misunderstanding and an escape from reality; i get clear to me many years later. If one gets into sentences clears this misunderstanding.

Is this really a cultural difference? Do you wish to develop?

Culture: Those customary beliefs, values, and social constraints that ethnic, religious, and social groups transmit fairly unchanged from generation to generation. It has taken a lifetime to change, at least the 19:th century. A lifetime is including three generations before and three after you! The fast globalizing will change this, in the civilised part at least.

Physically working Swedes, anyway the group with income from salary, much less than most Europeans. It can certainly debate at various levels (but why is it only those who work for a salary who have the time to commit to practice in the community?).

The Serbs are basically a very industrious people, so even if they do not live to work, they live by the work and the chore they do. Serbs have also a number of code words to himself in order to avoid conflict with himself, with others and life in general. It refers to the entertainment and the game, instead of complaining about the heavy workload, as the Swede gladly prepares. The Serbian life Serbian entertainment helps to see the difficulties of life, a very good way to avoid confrontation with the life that is difficult. The easiest way to complain about life is to refer to other people's faults and mistakes, to go into himself avoided forever. Shoulder pressure is an explicit body language for this setting, as well as the reference to blame the small capital. What happens when you get the "allowance" in his hand - a shrug and planning for its use hiding behind the game? And game and entertainment takes over all sound thinking on the organization and cooperation. Healthy thinking for Serbian is not to confront himself without constantly involved in life entertainment.

Constantly complaining about the heavy workload is the Swede's way to escape from life's real self. How many times have I had to lie that I have so much to do, just to be able to give the correct code words for dialogue. That is the big problem in Sweden, which no one has time for it has "too much to do"! We live, but live not always life, and hide us from problems in that way.

Welfare, what is it? And what to do!

 Intolerant nationalism and dislike of foreigners leads to world-distancing. In a society where a few create their wealth while the majority of the population careless works in sweat and drudgery for a basis living form, is a ground of clan formations. To continually build new and positively develop welfare needs immigrants. In order for something to become better, it must also have been worse. And in a society like Sweden, where most of inhabits inactively watching developments, needed a virtual war and chaos (a traditional war does not exist in reality). Sure, the media point to disregarding, poverty and misery, but these headers creates no solidarity. The explanation may be to open up society for integration. Continue and develop the structure with the help of world citizens. Simplify what our culture believes in human rights and how we live up to this. Simplify the responsibilities of each individual in an open society. Educate also in human responsibilities.  Simplify that a democracy, preferably with new concepts, never completes its goal - a democracy is an ongoing process of everyone in the municipal involved behaviors.

It's about values. Challenging traditional gender roles, also on a personal level. To achieve integration must we also challenge integrity without tyrannical neighbor.  In the family tries too often both parties meet the other's expectations. When women shoulder the responsibility for home and family the habit surfaced with careers at two speeds. It is a challenge to both care for the freedom to decide what is best for their own family and to be beating ram in the fight for likeness.

One and the same education and opportunity for all to follow his own star has made Sweden rich and the equal welfare state it is, and the process must continue. There are good reasons for constant development. Reflect boilers are reported and developed by the media, creating chaos for supporter of independence and other clan leaders. It is a challenge for widespread thinking people to debate. And above all show, to the outside world, that it is possible to live together without war (Sweden has not had wars in over 200 years). Sure it is picked up very nasty on going behind the power ported, but that's how it should be. Decay is found in most forms of organisms, and there is decay in all organizations.

A constant mindfulness of the wholeness, where those who can remain a part of a community, will creating a participating where everyone wants to be a part of continuous development. With an openness and tolerance, we also can maintain welfare.

Oh, excuse me so much

We have all felt the wrath and hatred when someone made ​​us hurt or betrayed us deeply. The desire for revenge, anger and hatred for the person who hurt is so strong that it touches one deeply.

Anger and hatred are large energy thieves. Just carry around a big hate can be heavy, and you can feel yourself how groaning under the burden. Revenge and anger makes you feel lousy ... it, then, of how one feels. And then it is important to forgive to have peace inside in one´s own life. It's so easy to let the hatred and bitterness take root so you will not progress in life. - It's not about yourself, in any way justified what the other did. You can still find it wrong. Forgiveness is not for the other's sake, instead it is for one´s own sake; in order to feel good and be whole.

So how do you forgive? - First and foremost, it is important to realize that forgiveness is a choice you make, not what you are feeling. That feeling is in fact often the desire to beat the betrayed on the jaw, not forgive. So you must decide that you want to forgive, and to wish prosperity instead of cursing. Although it feels more like lip service at first, then you start to mean it in the end, and then you have peace within. - But should you forgive at all times? Are not some things unforgivable? '... Forgiveness is not a feeling, it is a choice. You must choose to forgive no matter how you feel "..... Live well!

High democracy moral

It is the way to the target that is most important! A complete Democracy is really bad, for one can not possibly have power and be subject at same time; it's working with building it up that is the real goal of building blocks, a base from which society is built on. Individual responsibility must be clarified. Perhaps it is the welfare state in their eagerness to embrace everything and everyone on the road also missed that the individual has a responsibility to care about more than once ego. It is there, beyond the individual ego, as society's are working, that is where society is built. How this is done is of course a very difficult question.
Which identity do we need to build our society? The diversity that community needs, must there also be social glue that forms the basis for solidarity among citizens. If the individual is able to feel something for a larger group there will be a fixed point to start from, a sense of security; this will of course be inclusive and not shut out anyone because of culture, ethnicity or religion. In today's global world, we need to start discussing what values ​​our identity should be built so that it can be inclusive. One have to starting from the below, from individual rights but also obligations. You have to see your own responsibility for the larger whole so there is something to build a society on.
Today’s word; Just as it needs layers to maintain a high morale, so are there needed high moral standards to uphold the laws, of a true democracy.
