ReplyDeletePerhaps this is also about a better world in treating serious human criminal’s where it is established that relapse is present, human. Bob adequate prefer chemical castration as a treatment for serious human criminals, including terrorists, who pose a threat to humans. The death penalty should not be an option so far no individual prefers euthanasia.
