IMPULSION

motivations, needs, driving force, momentum, requirement in the Impulsion

There are lot of driving forces that are strong and weak, driven by positive or negative energy for something that is important; love, sex, power, money and so on. There are different content and levels in the driving forces, based on future values, individual and an inactive who are hidden deep within us.

In order to live a normal life, with personal leadership, I have previously analyzed and summarized studies made in the notes on MEFFES. And I think I can see the different driving forces in the different areas of life; One usually have two stronger and two weaker ones:
Mentally; in the theoretical driving force - a passion for knowledge and truth, the wish to learn and get more knowledge. The person is critical, rational and bases his judgment on experience.
Aesthetic driving force - a passion for balance and harmony; sense of spirituality, aesthetics, balance and harmony.
Physically; in the individualistic drive - a passion for personal success and most often strives for personal power, influence and success.
The flock, the family, the network; in the traditional driving force - a passion for the view of and the meaning of life. The basics are food, sleep and sex for the human species' survival. But here also comes the ethical, believing in something is an important force.
Practical - economic driving force - a passion for practical usefulness and usability. Material resources and status gadgets are important.
Social drive - a passion for helping others. Experienced as nice, sympathetic and selfless. Interested in people.

Much of this can be found in your managers and employees, which can be useful for adapting to ones duties and socializing. You have the greatest benefit when you can discover what your own inner driving forces really are. Some are discovered during analysis, others are hidden until one day they just appear for some reason. The driving forces, of course, vary in life in variable degrees. How does this affect your everyday life, can you understand your boss, supervisor, colleagues … .. can they understand you?
